The purchaser agrees to maintain the Devoted Labradoodles puppy in a humane environment with ample shelter, a healthy diet, fresh water, regular exercise, appropriate veterinary care, an abundance of human interaction, and continued behavior and manners training.

 If any of the purchaser agreements have not been followed in the care of the dog in a provable way, the Devoted Labradoodles guarantee is null and void.

Our Devoted Labradoodles puppy dogs are fed on a raw diet. The recommended guidelines  for puppies consists of 58% raw muscle meat, 17% raw edible bone, 7% raw or steamed vegetables, 7% liver, 7% other secreting organ, 3% seeds or nuts, and 1% fruit. This process is actually quite easy to "meal plan" and store in your refrigerator for the week. There are also ready made brands you can purchase from if you would rather it be "meal prepped" for you! Please approve your premium puppy food plan through us before changing it.

Devoted Labradoodles PET puppies are sold on a non breeding, spay/neuter contract. You must provide proof of spay or neuter occurring BETWEEN 12 months of age and 18 months of age. Any breeding occurring under the non breeding contract results in the dog being returned to Devoted Labradoodles with no reimbursement.

**Breeding rights are available to approved breeders for an additional cost. Breeding requests must be made at the initial contact and time of purchase. 

The puppy has a 5-day guarantee from any life-threatening diseases. The purchaser must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within the first 5 days for the purchaser to receive a replacement puppy of equal value or a refund. The purchaser must provide us with a written statement from a veterinarian and the puppy must be returned immediately. Devoted Labradoodles is not responsible for any veterinary bills incurred under any circumstances. 

The puppy has a one year untreatable genetic disease guarantee.  A written document from a licensed veterinarian describing the untreatable hereditary condition is required, and the puppy must be returned. 

Devoted Labradoodles reserves the right to have a second opinion vet examination, acquire DNA testing, and/or check micro chip to determine health status and that the dog is one of our lineage before issuing a refund. If determination is confirmed, Devoted Labradoodles will issue a  full refund of the adoption fee, or a replacement puppy will be provided just as soon as one is available. No veterinary bills will be refunded.

If any of the purchaser agreements have not been followed in the care of the dog in a provable way, the guarantee is null and void.

Deciding to adopt an available labradoodle puppy is a long term commitment and should not be done without taking thoughtful consideration.

  If for any reason the purchaser is not able to keep his/her puppy, Devoted Labradoodles should be notified. We will always take back any puppy we have produced at any time, and/or help screen and approve the home the puppy will go to. 

Purchaser agrees the puppy is not being purchased for resale, and will never be resold to another owner without notifying Devoted Labradoodles.
